- Talk about your current feelings
2. Support session
- A space for peer support
- Group members talk about difficulties they are facing
- People offer support and ideas to each other
- New members are helped to complete a Resource & Support Plan (RASP)
3. Check-out
- Time to reflect on the session
- Share how you are feeling at the end
- Ask for any extra support you may need before leaving safely
