This service is for people who:

• Are aged 18 or over
• Live in Buckinghamshire
• Are registered with a Buckinghamshire GP

Who the service supports

People who join SUN often have a mix of mental health difficulties, such as:

Feelings and emotions

• Strong emotions that can change quickly
• Feeling overwhelmed by feelings

Self-esteem

• Low confidence
• Feeling unsure about themselves

Relationships

• Finding it hard to get along with others
• Difficulties in friendships or family relationships

These experiences are often linked to personality disorder or complex emotional needs.

Do you need a diagnosis?

• You do not need a formal diagnosis of personality disorder
• You are welcome if you feel these difficulties sound like your experience

Joining the group

You can join SUN if:

• You relate to the challenges described above
• You feel the group could help you

Everyone is welcome to attend and see if the group feels right for them.
