Meet the team
Our team is made up of CAMHS professionals from different backgrounds who have different specialities. Our team is composed of the following roles:
- Rachel Bailey – Operational Lead
- Debbie Keep – Deputy Operational Lead & Senior Mental Health Practitioner (Registered Social Worker)
- Dr Clare Sidwell – Clinical Lead and Consultant Clinical Psychologist
- Dr Melissa Stock – Clinical Psychologist
- Dr Kristy Fenton – Consultant Psychiatrist
- Heather Mckenzie –Speech and Language Therapist
- Carly Chan – Team Administrator
We also have vacant posts.
At times, we also have students and trainees.

Please include your young person’s full name in your email to help us deal with your enquiry and include ‘ID’ in the subject line.
If your child or young person isn’t being seen by the ID team, then please complete a new referral through our Bucks CAMHS Single Point of Access Team.
