Teresa brings extensive leadership experience from both the private and public sectors. Beginning her career as an engineer working on construction sites, she went on to hold senior executive roles leading large organisations in financial services and the public sector. Most recently, she served as HR Chief Operating Officer for a global insurance and risk business.

Alongside her executive career, Teresa has significant board-level experience. For eight years she served as a Non-Executive Director with Reach2, the UK’s largest primary-only multi-academy trust, where her roles included Vice Chair of the Board, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and Chair of the Change Committee.

Teresa grew up in Abingdon and now lives in Berkshire with her husband.
