The nomination

Caroline was nominated by her colleague Operations Manager for South East District Nurses and South Community Therapy Service Kay Woodward.

Her collaboration extends across services, where she is regarded as the reliable, approachable expert who will always step in—even at short notice—to help teams resolve problems swiftly and with confidence.

“She makes an immediate and tangible difference, offering calm, expert HR support that helps us feel grounded and supported, particularly when navigating concerns. By supporting the leads so effectively, Caroline indirectly protected the safety and wellbeing of patients and service users.
