Important: In a crisis

Care home support service is not an urgent response service.

For any crisis or life-threatening emergency (including suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviours or critically unwell residents) please call either the resident’s GP, 111 or 999 as necessary.

Remember that you can call the Urgent Community Response Team who have a 2-hour response to prevent hospital admission.  If you are concerned about a resident, please contact them via SPA on 01865 903 750.
