If you need urgent help for your mental health, but it’s not an emergency:

- Safe Haven — Buckinghamshire (local support for people experiencing a mental health crisis open 365 days per year. Not a clinical service, but offers listening and advice) 01865 903037
- ChatHealth: 24/7 text message mental health support in Buckinghamshire, run by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, providing immediate access to advice and support for anyone experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, low mood, loneliness, relationship difficulties, self-harm or suicidal thoughts. - Chiltern Samaritans: A free and anonymous helpline that you can call to speak to trained volunteers (phone: 116 123)
