If you’re feeling worried about your physical or mental health, we’re here to help. We understand that everyone’s needs are different, and we take the time to listen to what matters to you.

We aim to support the whole person by recognising the connection between mental and physical health. You are more than a diagnosis, and you may need extra time or a different type of support to feel comfortable and understood.

PHMSI supports adults and older adults with serious mental illness (SMI) across Oxfordshire, working alongside mental health services to improve physical health and wellbeing.

Reasonable adjustments

We offer reasonable adjustments where possible, including:

  • Extended or longer appointments
  • Flexible appointment times
  • Access to interpreters and Language Line
  • Home visits where appropriate

If you need any adjustments, please let us know so we can try to meet your needs.
