Celebrating 15 Years of Service

We are thrilled to share that Oxfordshire Talking Therapies recently hosted an away day to celebrate 15 years of dedicated service.

This milestone event brought our team together to reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and envision the future.

Over the last 15 years, the services has delivered 200, 000 episodes of care; we now take over 2000 calls and 350 referrals a week and the 213 staff are part of the fourth largest service in the Trust.

Throughout the day, we engaged in various group activities and discussions, showcasing the proud work we do as a team.

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen our commitment to providing exemplary care to our community.

We were honoured to have guest speakers who shared their insights and perspectives on our work.

David Walker, Chairman of the Trust, and Grant Macdonald, Chief Executive Officer and Bill Tiplady, Director of Psychological Professions joined us to celebrate this significant milestone.

Their words of encouragement and recognition of our efforts were really inspiring.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to our mission of delivering high-quality mental health services and supporting the well-being of our community.
