When he was active in patient care he was the nurse you always turned to for guidance and support with complex patients.

He truly understands the intricacies of the roles his supervisees have and the clinical demand which impacts upon this which enables him to offer sound and supportive advice during clinical supervision. He is easy to talk to, trustworthy and just 100% gets it every time.”

“Sam has been supporting myself and others within the team for some time. In terms of being exceptional, Sam has been an inspirational role model. I have found him to be relatable and down to earth, while he has been able at times to use his own experiences in his career to help guide me through very complexed personal and professional issues.
