Keep a thinking page
Put random thoughts on a paper or digital page you can call your Thinking Page, signalling to your brain that these need to be addressed.
Keep it close
- Keep this page close to you—if it’s paper, keep it in your pocket or purse.
- If digital, make sure you can easily find it like phone notes or Google docs.
Schedule thinking time
- Schedule a 30 minute or 1 hour long ‘thinking time’ during your day or just once a week to actively reflect on these thoughts by reviewing that page.
- Avoid evening or nighttime.
