You Said, We Did

We value your feedback and listen to your suggestions, we strive to continually improve our service to ensure we provide you/your child with the very best service when they meet us.  Here are some examples of how we have adapted our service following your feedback:

You said you wanted stickers to be provided after vaccination.

We provided stickers following flu vaccination and have also obtained stickers to be given after HPV vaccinations.

You said how good the Buzzy Bee was when used to vaccinate your anxious child, but there needed to be more.

We purchased more Buzzy Bees for the team to use.

You said it would have been useful to have more specific instructions about where to go within the hospital complex.

We have purchased some ‘A’ boards to position outside premises to provide directions to clinics.

You said it would have been helpful to know where the vaccine was going to be given, so you could wear a short sleeved top.

We have provided tips for what to wear on the day of vaccination in both the parent letter and student information flyer.

You Said it would be good if we had a choice of centres for clinics.

We’re committed to offering Immunisation clinics in a range of locations and at times that work best for you. Please check our Clinic page regularly, as new and more convenient options are added.

If you would like to provide feedback regarding the School Aged Immunisation Service, please tell us about your experience via I Want Great Care:
