Are you feeling like you need some BREATHING SPACE? Are you feeling overwhelmed, low, depressed or increasingly anxious?

If so, why not pop along to our online Breathing Space Group and meet other new mums/new carers (with a child under 2 years) who are feeling the same way?

What is it?

An online drop in peer group facilitated by a trained specialist. Giving you a chance to realise that you are not alone. It offers a supportive space to chat with other mums/carers about the topics and experiences you’re finding challenging. We cover subjects like intrusive thoughts, mum guilt, difficult feelings, managing relationships, post partum bodies and many more.

A chance to realise that you are not alone. A chance to chat and just let go for an hour.

This group is facilitated by one of our Specialist Health Visitors for Perinatal Mental Health – Liz Rasdall
