The Trust has many departments and receives many letters each day across departments. Addressing a letter to Legal Services will help to make sure that any letters intended for Legal Services are delivered promptly.

Legal Services accept service of legal proceedings started in the County Court or the High Court.

The Trust will accept service of legal proceedings by email or post (to the above email and postal addresses).

Proceedings received between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (business days only) will be treated as received on the same business day, outside of that time frame they will be treated as received on the following business day.

If documents are password protected, they will be deemed as received when the password is provided and the documents are accessible.
