NHS Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies is easy to access.
We welcome referrals in any of the following ways:

Our working hours are as follows:

  • Monday – Thursday : 7.00am to 6.30 pm
  • Friday: 7.00am to 5.00 pm

Please note the service is not open on bank holidays

IMPORTANT UPDATE

We had some technical issues with the Limbic referral assistant on the morning of 5th February. If you struggle to refer yourself or have had any issues submitting the online referral please call the service.

If you already submitted a referral

If you submitted a referral via the Limbic chatbot and you were unable to book into as assessment slot, please contact the service for further assistance.

In a crisis

NHS Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies does not offer support for mental health emergencies or crises.

What to do in an emergency
