Lindengate
Lindengate Charity is a mental health and wellbeing charity based near Wendover in Buckinghamshire. It uses gardening, conservation, and other nature-based activities to support people’s mental and physical health.

Buckinghamshire Recovery College
Buckinghamshire Recovery College is an NHS-supported mental health recovery service. It offers free courses, workshops, and activities designed to help people improve their mental wellbeing, build confidence, and manage their recovery.
Rather than providing therapy or medical treatment directly, the college uses an educational and peer-support approach. Courses are co-designed and co-taught by:
- people with lived experience of mental health challenges, and
- mental health professionals.
