Adastra – OoHs, MIU, & Dentistry

This is an eLearning module for External Staff to Oxford Health e.g. Agency and Locums working in Community teams requiring access to Adastra.

Oxford Health Member of Staff MUST complete the eLearning via L&D to register your completion of the eLearning for training records. If you do not, this may delay your access to Adastra.

Note that no live patient data has been used in this module. All eLearning modules use dummy data.

NB: Your login details will only be distributed to you on submission of your results certificate.  Follow details below:

  • Agency / NHSP – send an email, attaching a copy of your certificate, to clinicalsystemsregistration@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk
    with the subject Adastra.
    NHSP staff, please also send your certificate to oxfordhealthnhsp@nhsprofessionals.nhs.uk with the Subject ‘Adastra’ to ensure your bank profile is updated.
    Agency staff,     please also send your certificate to your agency.
  • Locums / External Medics e.g. OUH – send an email to a team member, attaching a copy of your certificate.  They can submit on your behalf via:
    Confirm e_Learning Training
  • Students – send an email to your placement coordinator, attaching a copy of your certificate. They can submit on your behalf via: Confirm e_Learning Training
