Reasonable Adjustment Service — Buckinghamshire

Also known as: Bucks Autism Reasonable Adjustments (BARA)

Overview

We are a small team, made up of a Mental Health Liaison Nurse and Occupational Therapist. We are based within BAADIS.

We do joint working with Oxford Health professionals across Buckinghamshire who support adults with autism or suspected autism.

We offer advice and education to other professionals on what reasonable adjustments are, and how they can adapt the care they provide.

Neuro-inclusion Passport

The Neuro-inclusion Passport is designed to help neurodivergent people communicate their needs to professionals in their primary care team and community settings, and to support the implementation of reasonable adjustments in these settings.
