Abingdon Community Hospital — Oxfordshire

Overview

00016845

Abingdon Community Hospital provides rehabilitation and palliative care for people who no longer need treatment in an acute hospital but are not yet able to manage at home without extra support.

Our team includes nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We are also supported by geriatricians, doctors who specialise in caring for older people.

Staff work closely with social care teams and other health and care services to help patients get the support they need when they leave hospital.
