{"id":162,"date":"2023-06-15T17:09:31","date_gmt":"2023-06-15T16:09:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/rd\/?page_id=162"},"modified":"2026-07-13T14:44:27","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T13:44:27","slug":"register","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/research\/toolkit\/register\/","title":{"rendered":"Register your project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Each study needs to follow the below process before it can be opened at OHFT:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expression of Interest \u2013 please complete this form \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/43\/2026\/07\/Study-application-form-v1.1-11.03.2026.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"8\">STUDY application form<\/a>\u00a0and send it along with your document pack (minimum required documents: protocol, IRAS from, HRA approval) to <a href=\"mailto:research@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-linkindex=\"9\">research@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The study will be discussed internally within the R&amp;D to assess its feasibility. If we have additional questions we will be in touch with you. At the rare occasion the study may be deemed as not feasible at OHFT. This will be discussed with you along with any potential changes that would need to take place before the study could be reassessed.<\/li>\n<li>R&amp;D assessment \u2013 During this process you will be asked to provide additional information and documents. This process also includes costings, review of contracts etc. The R&amp;D assessment email will list all outstanding items and individuals that will be working on each of the elements.
