Podiatry services are available at community clinics throughout Oxfordshire.<\/p>\n

Most patients will need to be referred by their GP practice<\/strong> who have to follow our eligibility criteria. \u00a0Other health care professionals wishing to refer to podiatry can use the following form:<\/p>\n

Your completed form \u2013 plus any photographs or relevant foot health information can be emailed to: podiatry.communityreferrals@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk<\/a><\/p>\n
