Not Just Right Experiences (NJREs) are experiences in which something feels uncomfortable, incomplete, or \u2018not quite right\u2019, sometimes creating an urge to do something until it feels right.<\/p>\n

One common example involves a need for symmetry or a sense that things should feel \u2018even\u2019.<\/p>\n

For instance, if something touches a person\u2019s left arm, they may feel the urge to touch their right arm as well to \u2018even up\u2019.<\/p>\n

You do not have to experience NJREs to take part!<\/p>\n

Any adult (18+) living in the UK can take part, whether they are:
\n– Autistic and have OCD
\n– Autistic and do not have OCD
\n– Not autistic and have OCD
\n– Not autistic and do not have OCD<\/p>\n

Participation is anonymous and takes place entirely online. The study consists of a series of surveys
\nand takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n
