Dr Alice Farrington

Clinical Psychologist

Alice Farrington qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2000 from The University of Southampton and has worked with children and adolescents and their families with a range of mental health problems in NHS CAMHS services since then.

Alice joined OHSPIC in 2025 after 10 years working in a CAMHS service in Berkshire where she was the Clinical lead for services for children and young people presenting with Anxiety disorders, OCD and Tic disorders. Alice has particular expertise in working with neurodivergent families, and is passionate about providing person-centred, evidence based and compassionate care.

Alice is an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the BABCP, and she provides specialist CBT supervision to qualified clinical psychologists across the country. Alongside her role at OHSPIC, Alice also works at the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research, and is involved in research developing parent-led treatments for younger children with OCD.
