PROTOCOL ESKETINTRD3005
Have you been diagnosed with depression and have not responded to prior treatment with at least two antidepressants?
Do you continue to have depression symptoms despite taking antidepressants?
We are currently looking for participants for a clinical research study to look at the effectiveness and safety of an investigational treatment (given as a nasal spray) for patients with treatment-resistant depression who have not responded to prior treatment with at least two antidepressants.
To be considered for the study, you must be at least 65 years old, diagnosed with depression and still be experiencing depression symptoms despite having taken two antidepressant treatments in the past. You must be comfortable with using a nasal spray and able to provide written consent to participate.
The study doctor will explain additional requirements for being in the study.
If you are eligible for this study and choose to participate, you will receive all study drugs and study-related medical tests throughout the study. Compensation for your time and travel expenses may also be provided.
