Their website also includes a range of useful EBM talks and resources.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bestpractice.bmj.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BMJ Best Practice<\/a> is a clinical decision support tool, giving quick and easy access to authoritative information to underpin diagnosis and treatment decisions. Updated daily, it is fully accredited by the RCGP, drawing on the latest evidence-based research, guidelines and expert opinion to offer step-by-step guidance on diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and prevention. BMJ Best Practice is available for free to the whole of the NHS workforce in England using their <a href=\"https:\/\/openathens.nice.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NHS OpenAthens ID<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/learning.bmj.com\/learning\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BMJ Learning<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; Pertinent elearning modules include Evidence based medicine, Understanding statistics and Healthcare change management change plus a series from NICE on aspects of putting Guidance into practice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/about-bmj\/resources-readers\/publications\/how-read-paper\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">How to read a paper<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; A series of BMJ articles from Prof. Trisha Greenhalgh<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/library\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/NHS-IQ-intelligence_handbook.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Intelligence Handbook<\/a> from NHS IQ will guide you through the process of finding, filtering and understanding intelligence from secondary sources, including links to the key resources.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nlm.nih.gov\/bsd\/disted\/pubmedtutorial\/cover.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Pubmed Online Training<\/a>\u00a0 &#8211; something for both new and experienced users of PubMed\u00ae, the National Library of Medicine journal literature search system.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ohft-toggle-container\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.understandinghealthresearch.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Understanding Health Research<\/a><br \/>\nCreated by Population Health Sciences Research Network, this tool is designed to help people understand and review published health research by guiding them through a series of questions to ask about specific types of health research.
