The Wessex Approach to personalising the health and wellbeing of cancer patients

Wessex Cancer Alliance + Macmillan Cancer Support Conference, 20 March 2019.

This free conference is open to health or social care professionals working in primary or secondary care across Wessex and want to learn more about how National Policy and the new personalisation agenda have influenced some of the innovative projects happening across their region.

Presentations will include:

• CREW study

The conference will be held at the Holiday Inn, Leigh Road, Eastleigh and registration is open until 28 February.
