Patient Safety Academy courses

HETV has commissioned the Patient Safety Academy to run a number of funded courses centred around Patient Safety, Human Factors/Ergonomics and Quality Improvement for healthcare staff and organisations across Thames Valley.

Courses include:

• Half day introductory courses giving an introduction to improvement methodology for reviewing patient safety concerns and developing an action plan and
• Two day advanced courses including Human Factors based Incident Analysis, Train the trainers and Managing Improvement Projects.

Organisations are invited to bid for available training courses. Expressions of interest should be submitted by 12 December using the registration form here.
