Mary Seacole Leadership programme

The Mary Seacole programme is a six month leadership development programme designed for those in their first formal leadership role.

Run by the NHS Leadership Academy, the Mary Seacole programme is six months long with 100 hours of online study, plus three face-to-face behavioural workshops delivered locally. There are  multiple intakes in the year,  with two cohorts based in London starting on 5 November 2019 (Cohort 84) and 17 December 2019 (Cohort 87).
