Living well with dementia

A half day interactive workshop has been organised by the NHS Thames Valley Strategic Clinical Network for all those interested in improving care for people diagnosed with dementia.

Open to clinicians and health and social care workers from primary, acute, secondary, community & social care and care homes, the event will be held on 23rd May 2018, from 12:30-16:30 (lunch included) at  the Kassam Stadium,  Oxford OX4 4XP.
