Getting it Right for Children and Young People: Self assessment tool for general practice nurses

The RCN has published a new self assessment tool for general practice nurses and other nurses who cares for children/young people in first contact services outside hospital settings. The portfolio is designed as a self-assessment tool to provide evidence around development and maintenance of core competencies and identify whether further training and development is required.
