General Practice as hubs within Compassionate Communities

Developing General Practice as hubs within Compassionate Communities

The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) and Marie Curie are holding a one day event focusing on a fundamental shift in how General Practice and wider society cares for people with poor health in our society. Part of the RCGP End of Life Care Spotlight Project, the day will include presentations from leading experts considering different models of how to support people living with chronic illness by offering increased value and meaning in peoples lives through community development alongside structured health and social care provision.

The event will be held on 18 May at Friends House, Euston Road, London. More details on the RCGP website here.
