They understand what it is like to live\u00a0with a mental health condition, and that it is just one part of\u00a0your wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p>They will support you, making sure you are at\u00a0the centre of your care and help you to access other support\u00a0within the Keystone hub and wider community.<\/p>\n<h2>Routine and goal setting<\/h2>\n<p>We will work with you as you manage your routine and\u00a0wellbeing.
