Paperwork and medical records
Information about rTMS can be found on the website or in the Patient Information Leaflet (rTMS – PIL v6.0).
You will be asked to sign a consent form, which confirms that you have read and understood the Patient Information Leaflet before starting treatment.
You will need to complete some questionnaires prior to treatment sessions.
