Voice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Primary, community and dental<\/h2>\n<p>The Community Voice is a network of people from communities across Oxfordshire, that meet monthly and talk about getting involved with physical health services provided by Oxford Health.<\/p>\n<p>This can range from providing feedback to service changes, all the way to working in partnership with services on their projects.<\/p>\n<p>Patients, their families, and carers play an important part in making sure services best meet their needs, and the needs of the local community.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" purpose<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure the community\/experts by experience\/carers are better involved in the Primary, Community and Dental Services in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Central Northwest London Trust.<\/li>\n<li>To encourage and promote the wider communities\u2019 voices in Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust services.<\/li>\n<li>To create a safe space for members to give feedback for service improvements and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Have opportunities to be involved in service changes and developments across Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Accountability<\/h2>\n<p>The forums work will feed into the Trust-Wide experience and involvement forum and to the Primary, Community and Dental Services Directorate Quality Improvement Senior Management Team monthly meetings.<\/p>\n<h2>Membership<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Core Members<\/li>\n<li>Patient Experience and Involvement Lead (Co-Chair)<\/li>\n<li>Expert by Experience\/Carer (Co-lay Chair)<\/li>\n<li>Representatives from the Primary, Community and Dental Services in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Central Northwest London Trust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Other people will be invited for particular agenda items.<\/p>\n<h2>Frequency of meetings<\/h2>\n<p>The forum will meet the first Tuesday of every month for an hour on Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n<p>*It can change to bi-monthly due to work and capacity.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p>The main duties of the Forum are to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To review plans\/programmes from Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and provide feedback from a patient, family, or carer perspective as appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Raise matters of experience that will enhance the services and treatments within Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.<\/li>\n<li>Present ideas or suggestions that the wider Trust could consider for improving treatment or access to care.<\/li>\n<li>Seek input from
