Experience & Involvement forum<\/h2>\n

The Experience & Involvement forum is a trust wide group made up of staff, patients, family carers and governors.<\/p>\n

Aims<\/h2>\n

The forum aims to lead and oversee the implementation of the objectives of the Trust\u2019s experience and involvement strategy.<\/p>\n

This strategy was developed to improve how people who use services and their families are involved and empowered to make shared decisions about their care, and to have greater co-production in service changes and developments.<\/p>\n

When does it meet?<\/h2>\n

The forum meets every two months to oversee the work of the trust.<\/p>\n

All meetings are 1.5 hours long.<\/p>\n

Agenda<\/h2>\n

An agenda and notes are developed for each meeting which are available for all members.<\/p>\n

The forum is co-chaired by someone with lived experience and the trust\u2019s deputy director of quality.<\/p>\n
