This means finding out about you and the problems you want help with.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of your assessment appointment we will discuss all of the options for treatment with you and decide together on the best way forward.<\/p>\n<p>We offer the following services for our patients \u2013 please click on the link for a more detailed leaflet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/cotswoldhouse\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/141201-Inpatient-care-booklet-v4-Nicky-Boughton.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Inpatient specialist care<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a024 hour nursing care and intensive therapy. This includes group and individual programmes.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/cotswoldhouse\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2013\/05\/141201-Daypatient-care-booklet-v1-Nicky-Boughton.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daypatient care<\/a>:<\/strong>\u00a0less intensive support, enabling you to remain at home and have responsibility for\u00a0some weekday evening and weekend meals.
