We help children and adults who may find it hard to go to a high street dentist.<\/p>\n<p>Our kind and friendly team supports people with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>physical or learning disabilities<\/li>\n<li>serious health conditions<\/li>\n<li>very strong fears about going to the dentist<\/li>\n<li>other things that make dental care difficult<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What we do<\/h2>\n<p>We offer a full range of NHS dental care. This includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>regular check-ups and treatment<\/li>\n<li>specialist care when needed<\/li>\n<li>sedation to help you relax<\/li>\n<li>treatment under general anaesthetic<\/li>\n<li>home visits for people who can\u2019t leave the house<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We create a care plan that is right for each person.
