We also work to ensure that these health needs are met while children are in education.<\/p>\n<p>We do this by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating children\u2019s health needs<\/li>\n<li>Training, advising and supporting school staff with health tasks and care that a child may need during the school day. We provide training under the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oxfordshireccg.nhs.uk\/professional-resources\/shared-care-protocols.htm\">Oxfordshire Shared Care Protocols<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Working with health, social care and education agencies to make sure that every child\u2019s needs are met<\/li>\n<li>Promoting a healthy lifestyle, empowering children and families to make healthy choices<\/li>\n<li>Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, including working with parents and carers to support them with advice and information, as well as signposting to relevant agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Contact us<\/h2>\n<p>You can contact the clinical nurse specialist via the <a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/ccn\/contact\/\">CCN Single Point of Access<\/a>.
