All training is delivered by registered Health Care professionals to ensure that carers and support workers are fully equipped to care for children with specific health needs.<\/p>\n

This training is provided to individuals involved in the community and home care of children who are known to the Children\u2019s Community Nursing (CCN) team.<\/p>\n

Our training is delivered in accordance with the Children\u2019s Delegated Health Care Task (DHCT) framework, meaning we follow the latest standards and best practices to maintain the safest and most effective care.<\/p>\n

Where required, training is specifically tailored to the health needs of the child or children they support, ensuring individualised and comprehensive support for every family.<\/p>\n

A member of the training team will be in contact by telephone\/email within 7 working days of receiving the request, to commence the training. We aim to complete all training requests within 10 weeks of receiving the request.<\/p>\n
