As a working carer you have rights.<\/p>\n<p>There are statutory rights at work to help and support working carers. You may also have additional contractual rights, your employer may be able to offer flexibility and support through their own policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<h2>Getting help<\/h2>\n<h3>Talk to your employer<\/h3>\n<p>Talk to your HR department or Line Manager and let them know that you are a carer.
