This may involve:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cooking<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Shopping<\/li>\n<li>Personal care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>They may be responsible for looking after their siblings to help the live normal lives.<\/p>\n<p>A young carer may find themselves translating for their loved one if English is not their first language.<\/p>\n<h2>Finding help<\/h2>\n<p>There are lots of people and organisations that offer support and advice.
