They are available for service users, ex-service users and\u00a0<strong>\u00a0family, friends and carers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Courses can help carers build upon their skills, resilience and confidence. Carers often experience a sense of isolation and lose their personal identity, becoming a student can help break this pattern.
