schools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"93\" data-end=\"220\">One in ten children aged 5 to 16\u2014or roughly three children in every classroom\u2014have a diagnosable mental health condition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"599\">The <strong data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"269\">Bucks Mental Health Support Team (MHST)<\/strong> helps children and young people experiencing challenges with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"599\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This includes difficulties such as anxiety and low mood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"599\">We provide evidence-based therapeutic support for young people and parents, both individually and in groups.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"599\">Training for Schools<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"933\">The MHST also offers training for school staff to help them recognise and support students with mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing concerns.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"933\">Our workshops cover topics such as anxiety, low mood, self-harm, and other mental health difficulties, equipping schools with practical strategies to support students effectively.<\/p>\n<h2>Educational Support<\/h2>\n<p>Our team consists of Education Mental Health Practitioners.<\/p>\n<p>Our MHST works with a number of education providers including: primary schools, secondary schools, special schools and pupil referral units.<\/p>\n<p>We work in schools in Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham &amp; Chesham,
