This is the first level of help we offer for children and young people with emotional or mental health difficulties.<\/p>\n<p>You would normally work with one main mental health worker who will often have a background in nursing, social work, or occupational therapy.<\/p>\n<p>CAMHS \u2013 Getting Help offers children and young people opportunities to learn new skills to support them in managing emotional or mental health difficulties and also supports parents and carers.<\/p>\n<h2>Information for professionals<\/h2>\n<p>CAMHS \u2013 Getting Help pathway offers treatment for children and young people at the early onset of emotional and mental health difficulties. We might be able to help a child or young person if they are worried about their mental or emotional wellbeing.
