(You can find a description of complex needs in the \u2018Who We Can Help&#8217; tab).<\/p>\n<p>The Link Programme within the Thames Valley covers Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, and\u00a0works on the principle of understanding \u2018what has happened to the young person\u2019 and not \u2018what is wrong with them\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>This short video explains what the Link Programme is and how it works:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Thames Valley Link Programme\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ExiabTUL9eQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Best Practice<\/h2>\n<p>The programme\u2019s approach is based on national best-practice.<\/p>\n<p>The Link Teams will work with young people, their families and carers, and with wider stakeholders to deliver a service that is designed and delivered with their input.<\/p>\n<h2>Hub &amp; Spoke Model<\/h2>\n<p>Working in partnership with organisations from across the Thames Valley, the Link Programme is managed and overseen by Oxford Health NHS Trust.
