Look at the list below and select any you think might apply to you.<\/p>\n<details class=\"nhsuk-details nhsuk-expander\">\n                    <summary class=\"nhsuk-details__summary\">\n                        <span class=\"nhsuk-details__summary-text\">Getting to sleep<\/span>\n                    <\/summary>\n                    <div class=\"nhsuk-details__text\">\n<p>The most common sleep problem is trouble getting to sleep. For some people it can take several hours to drop off to sleep, but once they are asleep the quality of sleep is good.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                <\/details>\n<details class=\"nhsuk-details nhsuk-expander\">\n                    <summary class=\"nhsuk-details__summary\">\n                        <span class=\"nhsuk-details__summary-text\">Waking too early<\/span>\n                    <\/summary>\n                    <div class=\"nhsuk-details__text\">\n<p>Another problem is waking earlier than is desired, again with difficulty getting back to sleep.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                <\/details>\n<details class=\"nhsuk-details nhsuk-expander\">\n                    <summary class=\"nhsuk-details__summary\">\n                        <span class=\"nhsuk-details__summary-text\">Staying asleep<\/span>\n                    <\/summary>\n                    <div class=\"nhsuk-details__text\">\n<p>The next most common problem is a disturbed sleep pattern, with frequent waking in the middle of the night and difficulty getting back to sleep.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                <\/details>\n<details class=\"nhsuk-details nhsuk-expander\">\n                    <summary class=\"nhsuk-details__summary\">\n                        <span class=\"nhsuk-details__summary-text\">Poor quality sleep<\/span>\n                    <\/summary>\n                    <div class=\"nhsuk-details__text\">\n<p>Some people report sleeping lightly, with restless, disturbed and inconsistent sleep.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                <\/details>\n<details class=\"nhsuk-details nhsuk-expander\">\n                    <summary class=\"nhsuk-details__summary\">\n                        <span class=\"nhsuk-details__summary-text\">Sleeping too much<\/span>\n                    <\/summary>\n                    <div class=\"nhsuk-details__text\">\n<p>Another common problem is when people find themselves sleeping too much, often feeling sleepy or dozing during the day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                <\/details>\n<h2>What causes poor sleep?<\/h2>\n<p>Next, we\u2019ll look at some of the different reasons we might struggle to sleep, alongside some strategies we can use that might help to overcome the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a list of different topics covered.
