(You can find a description of complex needs in the \u2018Who we can help tab).<\/p>\n<p>The Link Programme covers Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.<\/p>\n<p>The Link Programme works on the principle of understanding \u2018what has happened to the young person\u2019 and not \u2018what is wrong with them\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>This short video explains what the Link Programme is and how it works:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Thames Valley Link Programme\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ExiabTUL9eQ?start=9&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Best practice<\/h2>\n<p>The programme\u2019s approach is based on national best-practice.<\/p>\n<p>The Link Teams will work with young people, their families and carers, and with wider stakeholders to deliver a service that is designed and delivered with their input.<\/p>\n<h2>Hub and spoke<\/h2>\n<p>Working in partnership with organisations from across the Thames Valley, the Link Programme is managed and overseen by Oxford Health NHS Trust.
