Hopefully you’ve learned some new things about why sleep matters and how to improve your sleep, and are well on the way to some restful nights.
Now we’re done, do keep sticking to your healthy sleep routine and continue to practise the helpful sleep strategies.
Remember that sometimes we have to try things a few times before we start to get the hang of them and notice the benefits.
It may be a good idea to fill out another sleep diary a couple of months from now to see how your sleep pattern has changed, and any areas left you might need some extra support to improve.
