Alternatively, you can call the Samaritans on 116 123 or for non-urgent medical advice you can call NHS 111 or look them up online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.111.nhs.uk\">www.111.nhs.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you are experiencing a crisis in the evenings or weekend then you may wish to contact Bucks Safe Haven at <a href=\"https:\/\/oxfordhealth.nhs.uk\/service_description\/buckinghamshire-safe-haven\/\">Buckinghamshire Safe Haven &#8211; Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust<\/a><\/p>\n<p>UK wide mental health support is also available at:<\/p>\n<p>Text \u201cSHOUT\u201d to 85258 to contact the Shout Crisis Text Line, or text \u201cYM\u201d if you\u2019re under 19.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re under 19, you can also call 0800 1111 to talk to Childline.
