GP and healthcare professionals referrals

We will accept referrals using this Referral Form directly from any professionals including mental health professionals, midwives, health visitors and GPs via bperinatal.referrals@oxfordhealth.nhs.uk 

The referrals email inbox is only checked between 09:00hrs-16:00hrs, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Please call the Perinatal Duty Clinician on 01865901749 to discuss your referral and to ensure that we have received your referral.

For patients living in Oxfordshire with an Oxfordshire GP please see The Oxfordshire Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Service.

If you need to make a referral out of hours, please ring The Whiteleaf Centre on 01865 902 000.
